Our private, guided experiences include access to our electric sauna as well as our natural cold plunge to allow you to move through the thermic cycle β hot, cold, rest, rehydrate, repeat. When you book this option, your party will be the only in the sauna. Room for up to five guests. Join us for a guided, social sauna session.
In line with many thermal bathing traditions, you will share one of our wood-fired saunas, floating or on land, with other people. Relax, connect β together. When you join us for this session, multiple parties and up to 10 individuals will be present. This is a more social environment vs. Enjoy a month-unlimited membership to our Duluth experience that features wood-fired saunas, access to our harborside cold plunge, aromatherapy, fresh towels, and more.
These session packs are redeemable for social sessions only and include all the accouterments of our experience guests. This is a wonderful option for larger groups and special occasions.
