Should any client of Karachi Massage be deemed to be using inappropriate behaviour in any form towards our staff, both in front of the house and in the therapy rooms, they will be asked to leave immediately and no refund of appointment fees will be given.
This shall apply to requests for sexual favours, or behaviour in a manner by which the therapist would feel intimidated or embarrassed. Bullying in any form will not be tolerated. Clients who by any means try to book in the future after being requested to leave or banned, by using another name, using someone else to book for them etc. Appointments made online or by telephone, either as a new client or for returning clients making use of the Loyalty Card benefits, must be paid in full at the point of booking to receive the advertised price reduction.

If you have booked via Treatwell, you will receive an email confirming all relevant details, if your booking is more than 2 days in advance you will also receive an email reminder from them 48 hours before your appointment.
