In Yo-kai Watch 3 , her Yo-kai form, Mee 2 is introduced and can be played in certain requests. Katie has black eyes and brown hair tied in a ponytail with a pink ribbon. Her usual outfit consists of a light yellow jacket with teal trimmings, multicoloured buttons and a pink heart at the bottom right front. Underneath she wears a black and white striped top as well as blue shorts, dark grey socks and black trainers with white laces and soles.

Her winter outfit consists of a light pink long sleeved jacket with dark pink trims, a white fluffy collar and a teal heart at the bottom right front. She wears her usual top underneath and shorts but now sports dark grey leggings, beige socks and brown shoes.
In M03 , Katie sports a different outfit. It consists of a light pink long sleeved top with a small heart on the front bottom right.
It seems like she's wearing her usual black and white striped top underneath. She further wears a dark purple appearing blue in the real world tiered skirt and beige boots.
