Grandhi is a ABNS certified, dual-trained cerebrovascular neurosurgeon who treats vascular pathologies through both endovascular techniques and traditional, open microsurgical approaches. He has extensive experience with patients with cerebrovascular conditions such as arteriovenous malformations, brain aneurysms, and intracranial hemorrhages.
In addition, he has a significant interest in treating patients with stroke and uses minimally-invasive approaches ranging from carotid and intracranial stenting to mechanical thrombectomy for large vessel occlusions. Grandhi attended medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University and did his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where he completed an enfolded fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology.

Grandhi always care a lot about his patients. I had a long list of questions and he answered them all. Very thorough and professional make sure you understand and explains very well and he has a very caring and kind way about him. If he would take the time to listen a little more. Instead of talking over the patient would help. I felt that every time I tried to talk he talked over me instead of listening. Honest, straightforward and down to earth.
