The patient rating score is an average of all responses on our patient experience survey. The rating averages scores for all questions about care from our providers. Patient comments are gathered from our patient experience survey and displayed in their entirety. For the convenience of our visitors, some patient comments have been translated from their original language into English while preserving their original meaning as accurately as possible.
Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy. Top notch history taking, explanation of the imaging studies and discussion of the treatment plan. Doctor Grandhi is an excellent surgeon who explains things throughly in detail in a way that a nondoctor can understand. He is a very caring and kind man that takes his job very seriously. He saved my life and I am very grateful. He is the best!
Grandhi always care a lot about his patients. I had a long list of questions and he answered them all. Very thorough and professional make sure you understand and explains very well and he has a very caring and kind way about him. If he would take the time to listen a little more. Instead of talking over the patient would help. I felt that every time I tried to talk he talked over me instead of listening. Honest, straightforward and down to earth. He took time to explain and he genuinely cares about his patients and staff members.
