Dans le cadre d'une formation. Personnel disponible. All the hotel staff is great, especially Mae, who arranged to have our laundry done for us, speaks fluent English and is warm and very helpful. The retaurant deserves a Michelin Star. We were there for a week and ate 5 times! It's not open on the weekend. After a month in France, we found it the best consistently wonderful food at a great price.
