Shortly after 11 pm on Wednesday, Casey County Deputy Austin Harris observed a vehicle pull into a parking lot, spin its tires, and park. Gomez, visibly impaired with slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and poor balance, stated he had driven from work at a Mexican restaurant in Danville. Despite his condition, he insisted he was fine.
