My goal is for those athletes, that are in chronic or acute pain, to experience the relief that lasts. Even if you are a rookie or a seasoned veteran, I want to get you back in action as soon as possible.
I grew up chasing after my three older brothers, so I grew fond of playing sports. I began ballet, tap, and jazz at the age of 3. I also played basketball, soccer, baseball, and ice hockey. All this gave me a solid understanding of what athletes go through both on and off the field, all which helps me treat clients.
There's nothing an athlete hates more than being told they can't play. My goal is to get you back on the court and keep you there. What I like most about my job as a sports massage therapist is that I get to help people. I have received numerous continuing education units over the years to expand my knowledge in the field and stay on top of my game, including certification in KinesioTaping and training in Active Isolated Stretching.
In , I decided it was time to open my own massage business and began working with the Colorado Mammoth. In the season, I was rewarded with becoming their full-time massage therapist.
