Begin your experience in the bathhouse with a cleansing shower. Allow this relaxing initial rinse to wash the world away and prepare you to enter the space. Light the fire inside of you. Settle into the heat in our sauna or steam room and let yourself detoxify through sweat. Edge into the burn and allow for release. Quench your body in our cold plunge pool or rain shower. Surrender to the cold, breathe, and increase resilience. Your body and mind will thank you later.
This step must not be forgotten! Take time to rest and re-set by lounging or soaking in our warm pool. Let your body temperature normalize and enjoy the Glow.
