Growing up the streets of Philadelphia started to become unsafe for her and her family that Rochelle started to debate on leaving the comfort of her home after speaking to her aunt and grandmother she packed up her bags and moved to Los Santos where she has now made friends with everyone from every walk of life. During Rochelle first few days of being mayor she started getting reports regarding then commissioner Moxley Johnston, because of the severity of the reports she made the decision to remove him from his position and appoint Justin Thyme, After the news had gotten to Moxley that he was demoted Rochelle had reached out to him to have a discussion regarding the demotion.
Rochelle Moxley and her city council had a sit down to discuss the matter city council and Rochelle had made it known that the decision of his demotion was final which resulted into Moxley suing the city council. After the court case drama Rochelle started to think about her future after her mayoral term.
Will she run again? Her court liaison Clayton Ryder suggested that she should become a lawyer, she thought long and hard about it and said that after her term and the outcome of the next election that she will consider trying her hand at law.
