A hybrid role working between home and our offices in Coventry. We are currently expanding our team to support growth of the business. We are looking for experienced HR professionals to join our fast paced and innovative team as People Advisors. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team, working together to support each other and to provide high quality HR advice to our education clients.
Primarily home based, you will also occasionally travel to schools to provide onsite support when needed. In addition to the benefit of working from home, we collaborate regularly with team members and arrange frequent face to face team meetings. This is a varied and interesting position with scope for progression within the business. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of delivering generic HR guidance. Full support will be provided.

The application of HR policies and procedures, conditions of service and employment law to reinforce the clients' effective employee relations and resourcing.
