I always feel reenergized and happy when I go for a walk in the woods too. Oddly enough, cleaning the apartment helps too. Hope you feel better tomorrow! Decluttering actually always helps me if I have anxiety or bad mood, it almost represents a fresh start, and you can just concentrate on something else than your thoughts.
