The goal of yoga therapy is to help you find balance in your body and mind so you can settle your nervous system, feel grounded, and gain a deeper connection to yourself. A typical yoga therapy session is done and includes a blend of discussion and guided yoga practices. The yoga techniques we use will depend on your specific needs and interests and will always be gentle and supportive. You will be given at-home practices so you can continue to use the techniques on your own between sessions.
