We have been very happy generally with the caregivers at Gentiva. We had to make many scheduling changes on short notice and the administrative staff were exceptionally responsive and accommodating.
We would have given them a 5 star review except for some delays in billing. We would recommend this agency. We were lucky to be matched with an incredible caregiver for my dad, who has advancing dementia. His caregiver provided the kind of care you would expect from a spouse or a very close family member, and we now consider her to be part of our family.
