We spent two nights here. Conveniently located at the old town of Luzern, the atmosphere was so amazing that we stayed in such a historical building. You can access to anywhere in Luzern by walking distance or public transport that hotel provided to guests for free! Staff was friendly and helpful, we would definitely come back in our next visit!
The hotel was located close to the train station and the city center of luzern. I had an upgraded room with view of the mountains and loved it. The staff was very helpful and nice, the room was clean and spacious. The mini bar was free of charge. They served cold and hot breakfast too. Housekeeping lady was very very friendly and always smiling. She promptly clean the room and God the towels for us. You need to carry your own shampoo. Hotel is very near Co-op store. Though not very big but I will certainly recommend this place. Comfortable stay. Close to Rigi. On the other hand - great excuse to take the transport boat from the hotel wonderful catamaran to Lucerne Bahnhofquai. The pier is a mere 2 min walk from the hotel.
