Not all Massage Envy locations offer all services. Each location is independently owned and operated. All session times includes up to 10 minutes of consultation and dressing, which occurs pre and post service. Rating 1. Massage therapist was not accommodating concerning heat level of towels, need to pillow or stack of towels under my head to prevent neck pain, or request for ice water after massage to alleviate dizziness. Receptionist was very accommodating. Will NOT return.
Rating 5. My therapist is phenomenal. It is always relaxing when I come in. I know I will get great service and leave feeling better than I came in. The therapists and estheticians always listen to my current needs and have always checked my background to see what my preferences were. Rating 4. Andre for Lymphatic Massage and the front desk always deliver great customer service and therapy. I see no reason not to continue. I had a 90 minute deep tissue with Kourtnie and it was fantastic!!
I have chronic issues and she was a total pro, very knowledgeable. I feel great; a lot more loose and comfortable. I scheduled another appointment with her. Rating 3. It a membership for a year. They listen to me and relived the pain.
