Some specific interests include anxiety and depression, self -esteem, trauma, regulating emotions, relationship and communication problems, divorce, life transitions, grief, and parenting issues. I value a collaborative environment to develop new insights and strategies to manage stressors, process emotions, enhance strengths and implement effective life changes.
Difficulties processing emotions and a lack of coping skills can keep people feeling 'stuck' and be a barrier to experiencing growth and joy in life. My approach is comprehensive in nature and utilizes evidenced-based strategies. I have also completed training as a Co-Parenting Coordinator through Cooperative Parenting Institute and Gottman training for relationships.
