Following a period under tenant care, it has now returned to the family under Anne Farges, who sees to it that this small vineyard is maintained with meticulous care. Beautifully honeyed, crystalised ginger and tangerine — spice and nutmeg. Unashamedly sweet and generous with a lovely finish. After maturing in seasoned oak casks, this excellent Port is now already to serve and is perfect with cheese or dark chocolate.
No decanting is required. They produce classic Chardonnay that draws its structure from the regions different soil that add a subtle and suppleness to the wine, yet it always shows style and elegance. His son Giuliano is now in charge and he oversees the winemaking with leading enologist Riccardo Cotarella.
