Our therapists have considerable training and are compassionate people who are ready to assist you in building a strategy to recover control of both your mental and physical health. For over two decades, my journey unfolded in the realm of Social Services, where I supported individuals with disabilities and young teen moms.
This experience paved the way for a deeper exploration of healing modalities. Since childhood, my innate desire to bring happiness. When I was a 5 yrs old I remembered asking anyone I met, "Would you like a song, dance or a hug? This early understanding of the significance of human connection became a guiding principle as I ventured into the healing arts.
In a sense, I carry forward my great grandfather's legacy as an Energy Healer within the Cherokee Tribe, weaving together a tapestry of care, listening, appreciation, and empowerment for all those I touch on my journey. My journey to the current practice of life coaching and massage has been one filled with discovery and understanding.
My prior positions ranged from working as an advocate and instructor for people with disabilities to serving at-risk youth. Currently, I work as a life coach and a massage therapist. As a life coach, I work alongside individuals as they seek to improve their self-confidence, enhance their creativity, and accomplish their unattainable goals. As a massage therapist, I help people rejuvinate with increased mobility and relief from pain.
