Very welcoming staff from the front desk to the therapist. The massage was very relaxing and peaceful, I left feeling relief and invigorated. The management seems to run away all their employees so you're never able to get in with anyone you want to see. Or when you find someone they quit. I have been a member for several years and have never had a complaint. The customer service is fabulous and the therapists know what they're doing.
