VIP Immersive Lane add on is available at select locations for an additional fee, charge per lane. All changes to your party should be done at least a full 3 days prior to the day of the party. Depending on the size of the party, we may be able to accommodate additional guests, but we generally will not due to space and the availability of prepared food.
Additional participants may purchase their own food, bowling lanes, rentals, etc, and be present with their party. The only outside food that is allowed are cakes, and dessert-type items. Food can be brought in for guests with dietary restrictions and allergies. Bringing Kosher foods from the outside needs pre-approval from the store. Please notify your party coordinator if any outside food would be brought in for the party.
Starting and subsequent quantities vary based on party size. Select flavors and toppings with your party coordinator. Additional food options are available, but will need to be paid in addition to normal selections. Availability varies by location. Teenagers tend to eat comparable amounts of food compared to adults.
The beer included in some of the party packages is an optional substitution of equivalent cost. The cost for beverages is the same regardless of contents. Arcade games operate using game cards and the swipers on the games. The games will have Green and Blue colored swipers that will indicate what games are available to play. Availability of games will vary depending on location. Most party decorations like banners, balloons with weights, and table toppers are okay. Only tape provided by the store is permitted when hanging wall decorations.
Sparklers, confetti, and Silly String is not allowed. Please ask your party coordinator for more details. Plates, utensils, napkins, and tablecloth will be provided. Knives, candles, and lighters will not be provided. Credit card payments are acceptable for online reservation requests. Cash and Card is acceptable for payments in store. If you need to pay with check, please confirm with your party coordinator and prepare to send a check to the address provided by your coordinator 2-weeks prior to your intended party date.
