I chose this location for one night only for the convenience to the airport. However, as a self-proclaimed 4-star resort, I am very, very disappointed. I arrived at check in is at and was told my room was not ready. Fine, I am early. I am happy to wait for 30 minutes. I agreed. However, at , no call so I decided to walk back. As I enter I see the agent leaving the hotel in street clothesβno call.
I asked the new agent about my room and he had no idea he was to call me. I was asked to wait in the lobby until it was ready. If check in is at , the room should be ready at I received no apology for their error. The room is frankly gross. I wish I could find a more profound way of describing the hotel other than gross, but I cannot. See my attached photos of the actual room. The lobby is deceiving. Not only is the room gross, but there is not a coffee maker in the room, the shower products are empty, and they do not provide any lotion.
Additionally for a 4-star resort, I would expect something more than paper cups in the room glass cups and a wine opener, perhaps? The hotel markets having a free airport shuttle. However, the shuttle does not run convenient to flight departures, so I have to pay 40 euros for a 4 minute ride to the airport.
