What we do Marketing and Communication Marketing and Communication is responsible for the positioning and profiling of Vanderlande. This covers the four different types of communication: corporate and PR, marketing, internal and recruitment. Marketing and Communication uses cross-platform tools to enhance our profile, such as advertising, PR, movies, trade exhibitions and events.
It also uses various online communication tools, including social media. The department is responsible for resource management and overseeing all aspects of employment. It also connects existing β and potential β employees through its policies on benefits and compensation, and labour market branding and recruitment. HR also facilitates training and development, through industry-leading courses in the Vanderlande Academy, and personal progression in the talent development programs. It has a positive influence on individual performance levels, identifying talented personnel and succession planning.
Finance and Control Business support and control are important drivers for the overall success of Vanderlande.
One of its core challenges is to act as a business partner by delivering reliable management information, and providing advice and constructive feedback. Finance and Control also ensures that administrative processes are effective, efficient and properly executed to safeguard the reliability of information, which is predictable and mitigates potential risk. Facilities The Facilities department is responsible for ensuring that all employees on site in Veghel have a well-organised, safe and welcoming environment in which to work.
This is achieved by keeping the grounds, buildings, work spaces and other facilities in an optimal condition. Frequent evaluations are also important in identifying any areas of improvement and implementing these where necessary. It is responsible for delivering, innovating and building the necessary ICT services such as processes, information systems and infrastructure. Legal The Legal department is responsible for the provision of advisory services and ensuring the effective management of any legal or contractual risk.
