Two more of his glazed forms sit in the garden. On the wall, is a work loaned by Rosemarie Trockel, a friend of Elfgen, featuring origami fabric, a vintage photo and tartan. She had her foot in a different time. The living room is where key pieces by the couple themselves are displayed. On one wall, a door from the 19th or early 20th century is repurposed as an artwork by Bordeaux-Groult. Next to it is a double-sided sketch for a fan Maurice Denis created for his wife.
