Tickets can also be purchased through etix. Service charges for tickets: Box office: There is no service charge for tickets purchased in person at the box office. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If a show is postponed or rescheduled, the new date will be posted to the website and your ticket for the original show will be honored, or you may have a refund at point of purchase.
If a show is canceled, refunds will be given at point of purchase. There are several pay lots in the area, visit ParkNewHaven. There is also metered parking throughout the city. All meters in New Haven accept coins as payment, as well as the ParkMobile app. Many of the meters throughout the downtown area accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover cards. The meters are in effect until 9pm Monday-Saturday excluding holidays.
After 5pm, there are no time limits associated with any meter. Please check each meter for time and rate. All ages shows are 13 and over.
