The card is NOT charged at time of booking and you may use a different method of payment at checkout. Before booking, please review our location and accessibility notes if you haven't already. We can provide a superbill upon request for insurance reimbursement. We do not accept cash as payment for services and we do not carry cash on the premises.

You are not charged at booking unless you choose to prepay. You are only charged after services are rendered or when there is a late cancelation or no-show.
We send reminders via email and text as a courtesy, but it is the client's responsibility to keep track of their appointments and to communicate with us when they need to cancel. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelations or rescheduling. This includes requests for rescheduling. If you are canceling due to illness or medical issues, we will waive the cancelation fee if you notify us via text, email, or voicemail with at least 8 hours notice. We don't like having to do this but we are a small business, and last minute cancellations really hurt us.
