Think of a friend who will join the program with you, as we work with Accountability Partners as part of our program.
We will send you a questionnaire where you can list why you are interested in the program, your goals, what you are trying to achieve. We will schedule a discussion with one of the country leaders or coaches to explain more about the program and discuss your goals with it. We will also discuss the Agreement we have for this course. This Agreement covers our expectations of you, in terms of attendance, engagement, working with your coach, completing the Assignments in the Workbook.
This is important both for you and for the whole group: for you, to achieve your results, for the whole group to ensure good and stimulating group dynamics. The cost for the program is KSH 80k for an individual. This covers 3 Individual Coaching sessions to clarify your goals, to check midway on your progress and to plan next steps at the end of the program , the 8 group sessions 1. It also gives you unlimited access to the monthly FTS Alumni sessions.
You can pay in instalments and scholarships are available. Additional Information. You will become part of a growing Flip the Switch Professional community We organize face to face meetings for each cohort on a regular basis, at the moment this is limited to meetings in Nairobi, but we hope over time to expand that.
After graduation, which we normally celebrate with an in person event in the summer, you will become part of the FTS Alumni group. Starting in we will organize monthly sessions around specific Leadership topics with guest speakers from around the world. To start creating a strong group dynamic in each cohort we expect full participation and engagement. We will keep the groups limited to no more than 12 participants to facilitate this. You will sign up to the Foundation Flip the Switch program, as highlighted here on the website.
