We strongly recommend that all treatments are booked in advance. Soul SPA has a 6-hour prior cancellation policy and in case of a no-show, the full amount of the treatment will be charged. Soul SPA is a relaxation and tranquility area, so we kindly ask you to avoid loud talking as well as using electronic devices, such as mobile phones.
