I rage quit after the first level. I wonder how many times Ninja Gaiden was used in the first post, I lost track. My man! I beat all three on the NES and the one on the Gameboy! The 3d ones suck. The OG ones were bonkers. Pro tip for the first. You want the spin slash.
It is so broken you can sort of skate through the game damn birds! Most bosses are pretty much two hits It does not get hard boss wise till you have malth and the the end game and even then it's not all that. For Gaiden 2 NES you can bullshit trap most bosses with the clones and then just lock them.
Three, that gets odd. Continues are limited and the four health bar heat starts real fast. But it still has a few outs. The first is the god sword upgrade which doubles range and you don't have to duck or target vertically. The next is that the firewhell as in 2 is summonable and you also get "vacume blade" which is close to it. You're never not out of reach of one or the other. So the target method is to just upgrade to god blade right off the bat and then bounce wheel and vacume till you crash through it.
