While we are still able to do private showings, we have moved more to virtual showings. We can do a FaceTime or video call for a live walkthrough of the neighborhood and house, which keeps strangers out of your house. Our marketing team is working hard to showcase your property virtually through online videos, private video walkthroughs, an online brochure and more. If the buyer wants to see your home in person, we only do so and we provide personal protective equipment including booties, gloves, and masks , make sure any group of people is small, and ensure that no one will touch anything in your home.
We can provide Docusign and other digital services to accept or negotiate on an offer while on the phone, or video conference to explain everything. Please call for details, which will be outlined in writing. COVID has created a unique problem for selling homes. Getting your home assessed, prepped, and listed on the market can be done from the comfort of your home; no need to go anywhere.
