Some young people are denied the opportunity to participate carefree in European mobility programs, for example for social, psychosocial or physical reasons. This is where our complementary DiscoverEU Inclusion program comes in, which aims to enable all curious young people with a passion for exploring to travel across Europe through financial, personal and professional support.
Currently we are still working on the final touches of DiscoverEU Inclusion and will soon publish a call at this site. However, professionals and young people are welcome to already register their interest. We look forward to hearing from you!
The original DiscoverEU program allows young people to travel across Europe for free by train, bus, or ferry with an Interrail ticket. Participants can choose their own itineraries and have the opportunity to travel for up to 30 days. The program is designed to help raise awareness of Europe's cultural diversity and strengthen European identity. DiscoverEU Inclusion extends this offer by providing young people who cannot go on such a trip carefree or independently with the support they need.
