Try sending my paperwork to Honolulu, it never gets documented or forewarded to Winston Salam so I have to contact Winston Salam directly. You call that number only for your call to be forewarded to Honolulu and they are not even handling my claim.
Funny that NC and Hawaii have a 6 hour time differance and I cant even talk to anyone in Winston Salam to find out about my claim. I've had a completely different experience.
