WLS - An investigation is underway after a year-old patient died hours after she was found unresponsive on the roof of a hospital in a Chicago suburb. She was unresponsive and moved to the emergency room, where she was pronounced dead about 14 hours later.

Chelsea Adolphus' family says she was admitted to the hospital earlier in the week and was staying in a room. It is unclear to them and, apparently, to investigators how she managed to get on the roof and how long she was there in frigid temperatures.
