Our physician liaisons in Physician Outreach and Connections provide support and information to referring physicians and other health care providers. They facilitate the admissions and referrals process, and provide Continuing Medical Education programs as a courtesy to physician groups and hospital staff throughout the region.
Vanderbilt Health Connect delivers real-time access to clinical data for your adult and pediatric patients who are seen at Vanderbilt. The service is available to community physicians and advanced practice professionals, clinical staff members and non-clinical office staff.
The online portal requires a Site Agreement. Referring providers and patients can easily and securely send medical images to Vanderbilt Health providers across most adult and pediatric clinical lines using ImageShare. No special equipment or technology needed β just an internet connection and web browser.
