Staff were very welcoming, we slept well and there was a good choice of breakfast. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback. I will share your comments with our team. We chose the ibis for the location. We did not sleep due to the road noise. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. In Ibis hotel, the loyalty program offer one free drink for the ower of the loyalty card.
The second guest is supposed to pay for his drink. We just applied Accor loyalty program. However the shower tray was flat and a flood of water drained out onto the floor.
