Dear management, As the owner of a tourism company in Switzerland, I have been recommending to my tour guides for years that our clients try the wonderful hot chocolate, which is exclusive to Lucerne and is traditionally made with melted chocolate and hot milk. Unfortunately, on our last two visits to your store, we had a serious issue with one of your employees, Boglarka, who was extremely unprofessional and rude to our customers.
In the first incident, one of our tour guides reported that she was extremely rude and disrespectful to a customer who, excited about the experience, wanted to take a photo or video of the hot chocolate being made. Unfortunately, the problem repeated itself during one of our private tours last Saturday, where I was personally present as a tour guide and accompanied a wealthy client from the USA HNWI.
Again, the same employee behaved in an unacceptable manner that made my customer feel uncomfortable in front of everyone.
