Between and. Date - of previous page next page. Htmlhelp and nested maps 5 Hi, I've not managed to get a working result from a ditamap pointing to submaps and trying to generate htmlhelp.
What seems to go wrong is that the hhc file contains nothing except the comment "Sitemap". Index gets generated properly, and also the topics but the TOC not. Make certain the re is enough disk space on the drive where you are compiling your file. This is likely th e result of an invalid contents. What might be wrong.. I've set all attributes correctly.. OT works ok with flat ditamaps. Any ideas or suggestions on how to do this? Thanks, Dee. Our organization is planning to evaluate DITA.

I believe this has something to do with the encoding cp I have looked through the RTF stylesheets but I do not see anything that can modify this behavior.
