Sexual Offense in the Third Degree. Sexual Offense in the Fourth Degree. Attempted Rape in the First Degree a A person may not attempt to commit rape in the first degree. Attempted Rape in the Second Degree a A person may not attempt to commit rape in the second degree. Attempted Sexual Offense in the First Degree a A person may not attempt to commit a sexual offense in the first degree. Attempted Sexual Offense in the Second Degree a A person may not attempt to commit a sexual offense in the second degree.

Sodomy A person who is convicted of sodomy is guilty of a felony and is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 10 years. Unnatural or perverted sexual practice. Sexual Solicitation of a Minor.
