The AHC is a designation that can be attached to position coach or coordinator role for administrative responsibility. We know Scottie is interested in eventually becoming a Head Coach. Hopefully Scottie will be back and have a great season. Losing so many coaches is reason for concern, but Dan Campbell and Jerod Goff are going to have a lot of influence on the offensive style and plays. Dan has said so, same offense, just tweaked. And Dan got his man. Concerned, OK. Worried, Not overly worried at all.
The Cardinals had an excellent running game last year. Might be a bit more to it than that. And Haley is coordinating the run game. I think Shaw is just a great mind and leadership for the room.
Probably will be used to develop more of the young talent. We still are missing a WR, TE coach. How quickly people forget. The narrative was to just pound teams into submission with Monty behind the dominant O-line. Ryan has been here since year 1. Brown for 4 years and Jamo for 3. Makes a lot of sense to promote a young guy who has been here for 4 years before he leaves. Cowboys , Lions.
