We require a 24 hour cancellation of all appointments that are for 1 service, services of 2 or more require a 48 hour notice to cancel. We require a credit card or debit card to be on file for all bookings per our cancellation policy, which you will be given once you book a service via email. Appointments 20 mins late for a 60m or 90m or 10 min late for a 30m service will also be considered a noshow and will forfiete the service, and the therapist will be allowed to leave.
