CARB recently voted to relocate its motor vehicle and engine emissions testing and research facility from its current location in El Monte to an acre site at the University of California, Riverside UCR.

This year the Riverside Tamale Festival will host a community stage, non-profit booths, Kid Zone, local Latino artists, a Mercado with more than 50 food vendors and celebrity-judged contests.
