Others are doing things that might be lewd or even illegal. If they advertise in the back of LA Weekly, they are probably non-legit; also, if there's a picture of a cute girl, it's probably non-legit.
There was a problem with non-legit places on Eagle Rock Blvd. They kept springing up until finally the cops cracked down on them. There was also a problem with two places in South Pasadena, on Huntington, but they get a warning and changed, but they are still there. Two places are legit for sure: Both in Pasadena on Colorado Blvd. They have both men and women working there, and a lot of both men and women customers. Joy Foot especially gives you a great foot massage for a low price.
